I’ve been with Broadway Video for over 3 three years. There were 15 stores then when I started and now we have expanded to 18 locations. All stores run Star Tracer software and use Lansmart networks from TLC. We stick with Star Tracer for it’s ease of use and versatility. Any information that I need I can get from this system in just a few minutes. An aspect that makes my job easier is simple training for new employees. The program is logically laid out and clerks can learn the basics quickly.
TLC’s support technicians are extremely helpful and co-operative. They treat myself and my clerks with respect and give very clear explanations. They don’t speak in computer jargon and they get the job done. When I started taking care of all these stores’ computer systems I didn’t have a background in networks.
