At TLCO, Inc®, technical support means that our computer experts are ready to serve you, all day weekdays with emergency service on weekends, for any questions or problems you might have. ANY question, no matter how small. Daily, we work with store owners and employees to solve the real world problems encountered in the retail environment. Problems or questions that you may think are too weird have probably occurred to another store somewhere - and have been resolved by a TLC technician.

Our support is not just limited to items purchased from TLC. We are here to help you with your WHOLE VIDEO STORE. Some companies will be happy to help you if you can pin down your problem to their product, but leave you on your own if they can find some other vendor to blame. Not us - it' s our aim to get to the bottom of a problem and to see it through with you.

STAR TRACER® support is a fee-based service. There are three plans: one for stores that only have one computer, one for stores that have multiple computers, and a discounted fee for chain stores.
